Personal Flower Essence
Essences are energy in a bottle! They have properties of flowers, crystals and nature that help you heal mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically. Everything has a frequency and vibration and we can use those vibrations to help us heal! Essences work in a way that is like energy healing but you take drops in your mouth or water to receive the energy. They help bring up our patterns or wounds to clear and release, they bring harmony and balance back to the human body. Essences are a way to shift your energy in a subtle way and bring new awareness for you to awaken and evolve.

Each Essence comes with an in depth detailed write up that explains each ingredient that was chosen to make the essence. Each tincture is prayed over and held in good energy and intention to help you heal.
These are wonderful to take while you are doing inner work and diving into your healing or just to help you stay aligned! I love essences! The essences we we use are from Great Lakes Sacred essences and Australian Bush essences. I have my own line coming out soon!
Directions:
Gently shake the bottle before each use “wakes up” the essences. Take drops in your mouth or add to your drinking water, your bath, a fountain in your office, your cooking, your laundry, your body lotion or anything else that feels “right” as you are intuitively guided. The tincture can be used frequently, so take it whenever you feel a need for the support it offers. Every time you take it your emotional body becomes more balanced, allowing the truly beautiful support of Nature to be realized as the frequencies of your emotional, spiritual and physical bodies lift to higher and clearer levels. Put drops in your water bottle. Put drops in your bathwater..Use drops in your cooking. Use drops in your dish water, in your laundry water, in your cleaning solutions. Use drops in your decorative water fountain. Place a bowl of water in your room, put in drops and stir occasionally.. Put drops in your plant water & in your pet’s water bowl.
